Their products were loved by customers, but their website was slow, confusing, and didn’t offer a smooth shopping experience. That’s where iBirds Digital came in to help

Fixing the Checkout Process
We removed payment options like Ola Money, Freecharge, and Airtel Money to make checkout simpler. Since Shopify didn't allow easy reordering of payment methods, we suggested upgrading to a plan that offers better control. This helped create a smoother checkout experience.

Solving Shipping & Tax Issues
DHL integration was tricky because of Shopify's limits. We explored alternate DHL setups and third-party tools to improve delivery options. We also corrected GST settings by applying the right rates — 5%, 12%, or 18% — depending on the product type. This ensured customers were charged the correct tax every time.

Improving Website Design and Speed
•Clearer navigation so people could easily find categories like Honey, Cold Pressed Oils, and Namkeen.
• Added a special section and page to highlight their best-selling product.
• Improved the cart page by adding trust badges, milestone offers, and product
recommendations to increase sales.
•We improved product pages by adding better spacing, improved visuals, and a helpful FAQ section to answer common customer questions.
